User is trying to run a report, say A/R Aging in BQE CORE, but cannot see invoice collection notes on the report.
This can happen if the option Show Collection Notes is unchecked on the Report Center > Configure Report > Set Display Options screen. If you want the report to display collection notes on the report, then check this option. Check CORE Help Center for details on how to customize the options for a report.
