User has an invoice retainer summary that should show a balance, but shows zero. What could cause this?
This is caused by linking the retainer to a parent project. If the retainer is linked to a parent project, it is not reflected on the retainer summary on the invoice. You must link the retainer to the project's relevant phase being billed to display the proper information in the summary.
