Unable to preview multiple invoices

User wants to preview multiple invoices before emailing them. When the 'Email' action is clicked on the Invoices screen, CORE prompts the user to preview the invoices. Upon clicking 'Yes', the user is able to preview the emails, not the invoices. Why is it not previewing the invoices?

This is the correct behavior. When you click 'Yes" to the prompt, CORE opens up the preview of the email. This allows you to edit any details of the email before sending it. You can do this for multiple emails at a time. However, if you want to preview multiple invoices attached to the emails, you can perform a batch action to do so. Check CORE Help Center for details.
