User has set up a new cloud feed and has imported the associated debit transactions to CORE. However, all the transactions show up with a description reading 'Refund' or 'Payment' instead of 'Credit Charge' or 'Expense'. Is this caused by CORE or the banking institution?
CORE doesn't create the descriptions for your transactions; this is caused by your banking institution. Unfortunately, this can't be resolved within CORE. You must contact your bank to resolve this issue.
