If a project is not available in the Credit Memos screen, this could be due to some type of security restrictions in BQE CORE such as project assignments (Projects > Settings > Assignment), access management (Settings > Access & Permissions > Manage Access), or another security permission preventing you from viewing all projects. Please check with your CORE administrator to ensure you have access to the relevant projects. An alternative to adding credit memos to projects is to write out checks for overages or overpayments.
