User wants to use a series of General Journal entries to map direct and indirect labor costs, and federal and state tax payments to Chart of Accounts. This is to account for the automatic withdrawals by the payroll service company from the bank account. It seems that the cloud feeds for the bank account doesn't allow the matching of G/L entries related to the payroll service EFTs that hit the account. Is there another way to map the payroll service and allow the transactions to match the cloud feeds?
The best way to work around this is to ignore the transactions in Cloud Feeds, and then manually reconcile. Ignoring cloud feeds doesn't affect the balance between the two accounts (your bank and BQE CORE Chart of Accounts). The only thing that can happen is you would need to manually clear those transactions during your bank reconciliation at the end of the reporting period.
