Inactive projects do not appear in the project filter or report output when running project-based reports.
This can happen when inactive, completed, canceled, draft, or on-hold projects are not enabled in the User Settings > Display Options. By default, BQE CORE hides inactive projects from filters and reports unless they are explicitly included at the user level. Check CORE Help Center for details.
