Balance on Invoices screen different from that on reports

When looking at the A/R balance on the Invoices screen, it differs sometimes from the balance provided on reports, such as the Statement by Client report. Though the filters applied to the report reflect the same time frame as those applied on the Invoices screen, the difference is most likely the report being filtered by transaction date rather than invoice date, as done on the Invoices screen. Be sure to filter reports by the appropriate filter for the two balances to match.
