Cannot see client contact details in Invoice Collections

User cannot see the client's contact details like name, email address, phone, etc. when opening the detail view of an invoice in the Invoice Collections screen. All these fields appear blank.

This happens because these are the contact details of the primary client contact. You need to set up one of your client contacts as primary (by checking the Set as Primary option for it) in order to see the contact details in the Invoice Collection details. Check CORE Help for details
