BQE CORE offers an array of reports and invoice templates for you to understand and track the health of your business. You can also have a report or invoice template tailored to your exact specifications, if needed. To do so, reach out to our Custom Reports Team by submitting a request in-app via the CORE Resource Center or from here. When a custom report or invoice ticket is created, it is routed to our Custom Reports Team and you receive a ticket (case) number for future reference and tracking. You can view all your support tickets and ticket history on the My Support Tickets page from your user menu.
If you would like to request a new custom report or modification to an existing one, follow the below steps. These details will help ensure your request is processed as efficiently as possible. On the Submit Ticket form, enter the following information:
- Report/invoice requester: automatically assigned to the logged-in CORE user submitting the ticket.
- CC: any additional stakeholders you want to add to receive updates on the custom report/invoice request.
- Product (IMPORTANT): select Custom Reports or Templates from the drop-down.
- Type of Request: new custom report/invoice or modification to an existing one
- Subject: description or short summary of the custom report/invoice requested, e.g., Custom Report Request-Project Revenue Report with Custom Filters.

Description: details about the custom report/invoice and any initial specifications, such as:
- purpose of the report/invoice and key data it should display
- any filters, groupings, sorting, or calculations needed
- preferred layout or format (table, summary view, etc.)
- preferred delivery method, such as PDF or Excel
- Attachments: if there is a report/invoice mockup in Microsoft Excel or any existing marked-up documents (PDFs) as an example, that can be attached here.
If your report/invoice is only adjusting columns and asking for information from other report/invoice in CORE, list the report/invoice and columns from the report/invoice in the request as well. If the report/invoice is something unique, include the formulas needed for the calculation and refer to specific CORE products or fields whenever possible.
To follow up on your requests, track them directly via our customer portal under My Activities or My Support Tickets or from within CORE > Help > Support & Services > Technical Support > View My Support Tickets.
Be aware that anything not originally mentioned before receiving a quote is not covered by the quote and will be a change order to implement.
Note: Alternatively, you can also email CustomReports@bqe.com with your custom report/invoice request. However, this is not preferred because it can lead to multiple tickets for the same request if a customer sends multiple emails or does not reply to the ticket thread. Also note that we do not support requesting custom reports over a phone call as of now.
