User finds that the amount displayed by the Balance Sheet Accrual report filtered for Accounts Receivable (A/R) does not match the amount shown by the Accounts Receivable Aging report.
This is often caused by General Journal entries recorded against the Accounts Receivable account. In BQE CORE, General Journal entries are not displayed in A/R Aging reports by design, but are displayed in the Balance Sheet report. A/R Aging reports in CORE do include the option to show General Journal entries, so be sure to enable this option and the reports should reflect the same amount.
