Employees cannot access reports

User has customized the security permissions of employees and allowed them access to selective reports. Additionally, the user has checked the Reports module in the Security Profile of the employees to give them access to the Reports screen. However, the employees cannot see any reports when accessing the Reports screen.

This can happen if the Reports screen was hidden in the default security profile of the employees. When you check the Reports module in the Security Profile screen, it only enables the Reports option on the navigation menu. You also need to give read permissions to the employees so that they can access the reports. To do so, go to the Security Profile of the employee and under Reports, select the option Allow Read.
