Why can't I see all projects on Contract Analysis report?

The Contract Analysis report only shows projects that have a contract amount. Make sure you have added a contract amount to all your project in Projects > Settings > Details before you can see it on the report. The report shows the projects with a contract amount irrespective of the project status or contract type.
