User wants the Account Summary on phased invoices to show data from all phases, even if the status is completed. At present, it is only showing the data of the active phases being billed.
If you want your phased invoices to show data from all phases and not just the ones you are billing, you should include all phases for billing in the Create Batch Invoice screen. Check out this article on how to do that: Showing up all project phases on phased invoices.
If you mark some of the phases 'Complete', they do not show up in the Create Batch Invoice screen even when you have set the rule Always show in Create Batch Invoice screen. In this case, you should keep the status Active for the completed phases. Then add the project rules Prevent time entry for the project and Prevent expense entry for the project to prevent your employees from logging additional time and expenses on those phases.
