Cost and Amount is blank on report

User is trying to run the Project Time Entries report, but the Cost and Amount columns are blank for some time entries.

This can happen if the time entries have a zero Cost Rate and Bill Rate, causing the Cost and Amount columns to be blank (grayed out and zero), respectively. Check if the Cost Rate and Bill Rate is zero for them in the Time Entries screen. Change the values there and CORE reflects it on the report.
