Does HR subscription provide read-only access?

No. Employees or BQE CORE users with the HR subscription can view their own HR information or that of others, depending on the assigned security permissions (Settings > Access & Permissions). If you want to have full access to all CORE HR features, you need to have it set up by the CORE Administrator or Owner. Check CORE Help Center for details.
