User is trying to create a recurring bill, but cannot enter the Bill Amount as that field is not editable.
You cannot directly enter the bill amount for a recurring bill as the recurring bills in BQE CORE are based on existing vendor bills. So, you should first create a vendor bill in the Vendor Bills screen and use that as the Source Bill for your recurring bill as required. Check CORE Help Center for details.
