User has many employees with the title Draftsman and wants to update the title to Draftsperson for all those employees.
You can do this using the Batch Update feature of BQE CORE. In the Employees screen, select the employees whose title you want to update and click Actions > Batch Update. On the Batch Update dialog, select the field Title, enter the value Draftsperson for it, and click Update. CORE updates the title of the employees in one go. Check CORE Help Center for details.
