No; BQE CORE only charges the recurring bill amount on the invoices for such contracts, even if the billable charge amount from the entries is more than the recurring bill amount. In the Invoice Batch screen, the Billable Services field shows the true charge amount from the time entries, but the Net Bill field shows the actual amount that is being billed, which is the recurring bill amount. However, CORE still links the time entries to the invoices and writes up or down their hours so that the amount matches the recurring bill amount. CORE also marks these entries as billed.
