Time entries billed to the wrong phase

User made a mistake by associating time entries with the wrong project phase and wants to fix the invoice.

To resolve this issue:

1. Delete the final or draft invoice.
2. Edit those time entries and associate them with the correct project phase.
3. Create a new invoice and review it before finalizing it.
