Can I split an expense entry between projects?

No. In BQE CORE, a single expense entry can only be associated with one project. If you need to allocate the same expense to multiple projects, you must create separate expense entries for each project and adjust the amounts accordingly.

Example: If you incur a $200 expense that should be split equally between Project A and Project B, you could enter: 

  • $100 expense for Project A
  • $100 expense for Project B

This ensures accurate project-level expense tracking and reporting. These amount can be split manually in unequal amounts as well, as needed. Check CORE Help for details.
