Sometimes, your client requests a change order on a project, which results in a change to the scope of the work specified in the original contract. You can handle this by creating a new phase for the project. You can then ascribe the additional work to that phase and segregate it from the work that was laid out in the original contract. You can set the Contract Type of the new phase as per your requirement and not necessarily the same type as the parent project. Check CORE Help Center for details on creating project phases.
