User is trying to print checks from the Print Checks screen, but the checks print smaller than normal.
This can happen if the scaling option in your browser's print settings is set to less than 100%. Check the browser settings and set it to 100% to print the checks in normal size. For Google Chrome, the Scale option is available under More Settings in the Print dialog.
