User has an employee that is unable to see PTO in the Paid Time Off and Comp Hours dashboard widget. However, the PTO shows up correctly on the main Personal Time Off Requests screen. Why is it not appearing on the dashboard widget?
This is because the employee does not have permission to view PTO via the dashboard widget. To resolve this, go to Settings > Access & Permissions > Security Permissions and select the employee to whom you want to grant permission. Then, check 'Allow read' under the HR Benefit Usage feature for the employee.
