User has an employee that is unable to see PTO in the Paid Time Off and Comp Hours dashboard widget. However, the PTO shows up correctly on the main Personal Time Off Requests screen. Why is it not appearing on the dashboard widget?
This is because the employee does not have the permissions to view PTO via the dashboard widget. To resolve this, go to the company menu > Settings > Security Permissions and select the employee whom you want to grant permission to. Then, check 'Allow read' under the HR Benefit Usage module for the employee.
