When activity items are renamed, the change is reflected across BQE CORE. Unfortunately, this means that previously entered time is also changed to reflect the new name or ID. However, certain data from the original input might be retained. For example, any invoice that shows the affected activity is going to reflect the new name; however, the activity description isn't updated even if you enter a new description. In this case, it's best to create new activity items.
