User has noticed that some expense entries in Time & Expense Reviewer are showing Cost Amount and Charge Amount as zero. Yet, when the same entries are viewed in the Expense Entries screen, the columns have different amounts.
If an expense entry's Cost Rate is zero, then its Cost Amount shows as zero in both the screens. However, Charge Amount is zero for non-billable entries in the Time & Expense Reviewer screen by design. The two screens serve slightly different purposes, as the Time & Expense Reviewer is usually meant for reviewers and managers to get a bigger picture of the billing amounts, not for the employees.
