User has integrated Office 365 Calendar with BQE CORE. This user has a client in the EST time zone, but the last calendar refresh is shown in PST. Why is that and how often does CORE refresh the calendar for sync?
The refresh time is shown in PST because that is the server time. CORE doesn't auto-refresh if the Calendar screen is already open; you must manually refresh your calendar to reflect the synced changes. If you open the screen after making changes to your Office 365 Calendar, the changes are reflected without having to manually refresh.
