User is trying to filter time entries that are submitted, but not yet approved, in the Time & Expense Reviewer screen by selecting the options Submitted and Unapproved in the Workflow Status filter. However, the expected results are not displayed.
This happens because the Unapproved workflow status does not represent all entries that are not yet approved. Instead, BQE CORE considers Unapproved as entries that were previously approved and then marked as unapproved.
As a result:
- Submitted entries (pending approval) are not included under Unapproved
- Unsubmitted entries are also not included under Unapproved
To view time entries that are submitted but not yet approved, you should select only the Submitted status in the filter.
Using Submitted + Unapproved will return a combination of:
- Entries pending approval (Submitted)
- Entries that were previously approved and then reverted (Unapproved)
It will not act as a general filter for all unapproved entries. Check CORE Help Center for details.
