Error sending activity items to QuickBooks

User is sending activity items to QuickBooks Online, but receives an error:

Something you're trying to use has been made inactive: check accounts, customers, items, vendors, or employees.

This might occur if there are missing or misplaced accounts or items. You need to make sure that all contact accounts are active. If this doesn't resolve the issue, make sure to check if accounts and items are correctly used. For instance, an expense account might have been used in place of an income account or vice versa.
