Fee schedule rate is not implemented in time entries

User has time entries with incorrect bill rates, even though the fee schedule has been clearly defined. 

This might happen if you copy time entries from one project to another. Make sure the time entries reflect the current project by performing a batch update action on them. After you have confirmed the time entries are linked to the correct project, use Update Rates to get the rates from the fee schedule associated with the project.
