User is unable to use the correct bill rates in a fee schedule for an employee. The rates are correctly pulled for other employees. User has checked the rule Use current bill rates in Time Entries, but it still doesn't use the correct rates.
This might happen due to the employee's associated activities. If there is an activity group assigned from the fee schedule, make sure to include the employee's activities in that group too. If the employee's activities are not included in the group, the billing rates do not get pulled correctly from the fee schedule.
