Why can't I see benefit usage of my employees?

This might be caused by the Allow access to self-record option in your HR Benefits security permissions. Checking this option sets your permissions such that you can access only your own benefits. To resolve this issue, have your BQE CORE Administrator go to Settings > Access & Permissions > Security Permissions and select your security profile. Then, uncheck Allow access to self-record under HR Benefit Usage.
