Can I edit the list of Submittal Types?

Yes. To edit the list of available submittal types, you need to go to Settings > Display & Formatting and open the Custom Fields screen. Then, click View Lists from the More menu and click Details on the Submittal Type row. From the List dialog, you can add, edit, or delete the different types of submittals.
