The character limit of a Project ID in BQE CORE and MYOB AccountRight is different. In MYOB AccountRight, Job ID has a character limit of 15 and Job Name has a character limit of 30. If your Job ID number exceeds the limit, it might give you a 'Job Detail already exists' error. To address this issue, CORE syncs the first 10 characters of the project/job name and randomly appends the remaining five. This ensures that you can still identify your projects and make them unique so that they don't give any errors. Note that CORE only does this whenever the character limit is exceeded, otherwise you will see the exact ID.
