No, you or any of your employees can try out a sample company in BQE CORE with full access. The sample databases are meant to allow you to test CORE, without having to affect your actual CORE workflow. Note that each of the sample companies are available to everyone and anyone can make changes to them. However, everything is reset to the default settings and data the next day.
