How can I sync with QuickBooks Online to get recent data only?

In your Sync Settings for QuickBooks Online (Settings > Integrations), make sure you do not have 'Ignore last sync date' checked. This ensures that only the recent data is synced from QuickBooks since the last sync. Any data prior to the last sync is not brought over again. Check CORE Help Center for details.
