Security Permission Details

CORE allows you to assign security profiles to users to determine the security permissions and access level they have. Below is a list of the default security profiles and the details of their security permissions. Expand any of the profiles to see the modules for which the user has all, selective, or no permissions. Each of the module names is preceded by one of these symbols to indicate the level of access:

  • - Indicates the user has all permissions
  • - Indicates the user has selective permissions
  • - Indicates the user has no permissions

Further, you can click on a module name to get the detailed list of security permissions (options) for that module and whether it is checked or unchecked in the profile. Note that security options marked by an asterisk (*) are restrictive and if they are checked, it indicates access is restricted for the user. This is why these permissions are unchecked by default on the Full Access profile.
