Overview
BQE CORE offers comprehensive Human Resource Management (HRM) features integrated into the application. Beside employee management, health and benefits tracking, it includes a powerful HR-based function called employee review. It is an important tool in the overall employee management process. It enables you to maintain a complete history of job performance or salary reviews including scores for each section the employee was reviewed on. This feature can be used in making decisions such as how to best use the abilities of an employee to meet your company goals and how to compensate your employees on the basis of their review. These reviews help in providing feedback to the employees as well as the employer. Click to watch this video on reviewing employees in CORE.
Employees are subjected to reviews or appraisals in companies on a regular basis. When it comes to measuring employee performance, each company has a set of criteria to be used to measure the contribution of its employees. This in turn affects how the company compensates them. CORE allows you to first define a list of criteria that can be used for reviewing employees and then perform the actual evaluation. The reviewer or manager grades the employees based on this predefined criteria by providing a score against those. You can use pre-defined review templates available in CORE, edit or clone them to suit your preferences, or design one from scratch. Each employee review can have file attachments that are added to the record by the reviewer. Also, reviewers are notified via email when they are assigned employee reviews.
Note: You can get a visual overview of this feature in CORE from the HR Management flowchart.
