Overview

Note: Help content (except videos) has been updated to reflect the UI/UX changes in BQE CORE.

As a part of the HR management function, BQE CORE allows you to upload and maintain various HR-based official forms such as candidate evaluation forms, employment applications, termination forms, W4, etc. CORE Owner or Admin can provide and print forms and other stationery related to the HR function in the company. These forms are very important in getting and maintaining information about your employees. Click to watch this video on adding HR forms in CORE.

There are various HR forms that can be uploaded to CORE and used for your HR needs:

  • Employee Relation Forms

When people are employed in a company, they are supposed to follow certain rules and policies based on their relations with other employees and the employer. These norms are recorded in the Employee Relation forms, which the employee must fill out. These forms usually include information about absence policy, working hours, discipline documentation, etc. Some of the Employee Relation forms are:

    • Absence Policy
    • Disability Policies
    • Discipline Documentation Form
    • Drug Testing Policy
    • Employee Time Record
    • Feedback
    • Telecommuting
    • Personal Reference Check
    • Progressive Discipline Policy
  • Hiring Forms

When people are employed in a company and paid for the services provided by them, they must fill out certain forms in order to keep all the records. Some of the hiring forms are:

    • COBRA Coverage
    • Employment Eligibility Verification
    • Non-Compete Agreements
  • Payroll Withholding Forms

According to the United States income tax laws, employers are required to withhold a portion of each employee's income and pay it directly to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This 'withholding' acts as a prepayment of tax they owe at the end of the year as well as a direct payment of certain other taxes. The amount of a person's federal income tax withholding depends on several factors such as the taxpayer's marital status, number of children or dependents the taxpayer has, etc. Taxpayers get a tax refund if their withholding for the year is greater than the income tax actually owed. For this purpose the employee is made to fill certain Payroll Withholding forms such as:

    • Form A-4
    • Employee Withholding Exemption Certificate
    • Form W-4
    • Holiday Vacation Policy
    • Form M-4
    • Independent Contractor Agreements
    • Time Comparison Chart
  • Recruiting Forms

When people are enrolled as workers or employees in a company, they must fill out certain recruitment forms. These forms can include information about the employee's driving record, work experience, reference check, educational record, job requirements, job description, etc. Some of the recruitment forms include:

    • Job Applicant Interview Script
    • Applicant Rejection
    • Drug Testing Consent
    • Driving Record Check
    • Educational Record Check
    • Employment Application
    • Employment Reference Check
    • Job Analysis
    • Job Requirements
    • Overtime Policy
  • Termination Forms

On the discontinuation of employment or service, certain forms are to be filled and completed. These record information regarding employee's termination (for example, reasons that led to termination, conditions of termination, etc.). Some of the termination forms are:

    • Employment Reference Release
    • Sexual Harassment Policy
    • Form W-4VT
