Review Templates

Overview

Note: Help content (except videos) has been updated to reflect the UI/UX changes in BQE CORE.

BQE CORE allows you to create a set of criteria to measure the job performance of your employees or review their salaries. For example, you might want to measure an employee's product knowledge, programming skills or management skills. You can create a performance review template with questions covering all these criteria. For example, work quality, job knowledge, team work, attendance, safety, etc. Click to watch this video on reviewing employees in CORE.

You can create multiple employee review templates in CORE because the questions relevant to one type of employee or situation might not be relevant to the other. Sometimes the reviews are updated year-to-year and so you might maintain yearly review templates. When initiating a new review, you can choose the template that is appropriate for the employees. You can also choose one of the pre-defined review templates available in CORE and then clone or edit them to suit your preferences.
