Overview

BQE CORE CRM allows you to track the leads and prospects by assigning a score or rank to them based on the sales process. You can assign a score to the leads based on their chances of becoming a prospect. Similarly, you can assign a score to the prospects based on the chances of winning opportunities from them and how valuable they could be to the company. You can set up the default score list and then use the score for the leads and prospects accordingly.
The Scores list helps you classify the different levels of importance for the leads and prospects. The list can be numeric or text. For example, 10, 20, 30, ... 90, 100 or High, Medium, Low, or 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 and so on. Click to watch this video on creating CRM lists in CORE.

Score |
You can create a score for the leads and prospects so as to track their progress. It can be alphanumeric. |
Order | It is the number assigned to each score automatically as it is created. You can change the order of priority by dragging the icon on the left of the record. |
Add Scores
To add a lead score, watch this video or follow these steps:
- Open the Scores screen from the side menu > Settings > CRM.
- In the list view, click Add and enter the required information in the top row of the grid. Check Field Descriptions above for details.

Click Done. The new score displays on the grid with the order assigned automatically.
View Reports
To view a report:
- Open the Scores screen from the side menu > Settings > CRM.
- In the list view, click More > View Reports.
- Select a report from the Report List dialog. It opens in the viewer.
- Preview the report and then choose to export or print it.

Export Scores
In CORE, you can export the scores to the Comma Separated Values file format. CORE exports data from all available columns and not just the columns visible in the grid.
To export score records to a .CSV file, watch this video or follow these steps:
- Open the Scores screen from the side menu > Settings > CRM.
- In the list view, click More > Export as CSV.
- A .csv export file is created and saved on your system at the default download location, say your desktop. Click to open the spreadsheet.

Mark Screen as Favorite
You can mark or flag the most-often used and important screens in CORE as your favorites up to a maximum of ten. These favorite screens then display separately on the side menu under the Favorites list. You can manage all your favorite screens in CORE from User Settings.
To mark this screen as your favorite, watch this video or follow these steps:
- Open the Scores screen from the side menu > Settings > CRM.
- Click on the top-right.
- You can access this screen from the side menu under Favorites.
