Overview
The Manage Subscriptions screen allows you to manage all the BQE CORE account subscriptions (licenses or seats) and payment information. This information is permission-driven and only available to CORE account owners and admin users. CORE sends the subscription notifications only to the owner account. All subscription payments are associated with a company and not the owner of a CORE account. Click here to watch a video on managing subscriptions in CORE.

How To
Configure Subscriptions
The CORE account owner can add new subscription packages to the company database. Right after you purchase the subscriptions, CORE checks if the logged account is missing any of the purchased subscriptions. If any of the packages are missing, CORE prompts you to assign subscriptions automatically to your account. If you prefer, you can do so manually from the Manage Users screen.
To add a subscription package, watch this video or follow these steps:
- Open the Manage Subscriptions screen from the side menu > Settings > Company.
- Click Configure Subscription.
- On the Configure Subscription dialog, choose the packages and number of subscriptions you want for each. Use the toggle switch to enable the required packages.
- Click Add Memo to attach notes to any subscription item.
- Click Go to Preview to proceed.
- Review your changes and charges summary on the Preview Charges dialog, and click Confirm Changes.
- Next, under the Billing Info section, click Edit Payment Method to review or edit your subscription payment details.
If needed, you can manually assign subscriptions to users from the Assign Subscriptions screen. For quick access to your billing details like the next billing date and total amount due, check the Plan Details section.
Manage Payment Methods
To add or edit a payment method for your CORE company, watch this video or follow these steps:
- Open the Manage Subscriptions screen from the side menu > Settings > Company.
- Under the Billing Info section, click Edit Payment Method.
- Click the New Payment Method option and choose Credit Card.
- On the New Credit Card dialog, enter the required credit card information:
- Credit Card Details
- Billing Address
- Click Save Credit Card to add the new payment method. When the card is added, it appears under your saved payment methods.
Note: Select the option at the bottom if you want this payment method to be the default for all future billings.
You can add multiple credit cards in your CORE account and delete any existing ones by clicking the icon on the card. From this menu, you can also view your credit card details, with the active card marked as Active Payment. This makes it easy to identify which card is currently being used for billing. For quick access to your billing details like the next billing date and total amount due, check the Plan Details section.
Upgrade Subscriptions
CORE provides the ability to upgrade your active subscription package. You can change your subscriptions to a higher plan and pay the difference.
To upgrade your subscription plan, watch this video or follow these steps:
- Open the Manage Subscriptions screen from the side menu > Settings > Company.
- Click Configure Subscription.

On the Configure Subscription dialog, select the higher subscription plan and use the toggle switch to enable the package. Click Go to Preview.
- Next, review your changes and charges summary, and click Confirm Changes. The upgraded subscription plan will be added and visible in the Subscription panel on the Manage Subscriptions screen.
Note: You can view the billing information of your subscriptions, such as invoice number, amount, card information, etc., from the Recent Billing History tab under Company > Subscriptions > Billing History. You can also view the subscription history of the account on the Recent Billing History tab of the Billing History screen.
Purchase Storage
By default, CORE subscription comes with 5 GB free storage. For more document storage, you need to purchase it via the annual payment plan.
To purchase more storage for your CORE subscription, watch this video or follow these steps:
- Open the Manage Subscriptions screen from the side menu > Settings > Company.
- Click Configure Subscription.
- On the Configure Subscription dialog, scroll down and choose the storage package you want, and select the quantity (number of subscriptions).
- Click Go to Preview.
- Review your changes and charges summary, and then click Confirm Changes.
The upgraded storage will be added and visible in the Subscription panel on the Manage Subscriptions screen.
Mark Screen as Favorite
You can mark or flag the most-often used and important screens in CORE as your favorites up to a maximum of ten. These favorite screens then display separately on the side menu under the Favorites list. You can manage all your favorite screens in CORE from User Settings.
To mark this screen as your favorite, watch this video or follow these steps:
- Open the Manage Subscriptions screen from the side menu > Settings > Company.
- Click
on the top-right.
