When you enable Budget-Allocation sync on a project, CORE prompts you to review your existing budget and allocation data. You are given the option to download backup CSV files before proceeding. You must then choose which dataset to use as the primary source, either Resource Allocation or Budget. The selected source overwrites the other, so it is recommended to download backups before continuing.
