Budget-Allocation Sync is an optional feature in BQE CORE that keeps your project budget and resource allocations synced and aligned automatically. When it is enabled, a change in one area, such as adding or updating a phase date or adjusting hours, is reflected in the other. This removes the need to enter the same information in both places and helps keep your financial plan and execution plan consistent. This feature has to be enabled at the global level and then turned on for each project, as needed.
