PART stands for Project, Activity, Resource, and Time. In CORE, no two allocations can overlap across all four of these dimensions at the same time. This rule prevents conflicting allocations and ensures that scheduling remains accurate. CORE enforces the PART rule automatically and displays an error if a conflict occurs during manual entry or CSV import.
