If you see a time tracking pop-up (Floating Timer) in the CORE Mobile app, even after reinstalling the app or disabling notifications and background app refresh, it is likely due to the Floating Timer setting being enabled in CORE.
The Floating Timer feature is enabled in the app settings. This allows the timer to appear as an overlay on your screen, regardless of notification or background refresh settings.
To disable the Floating Timer, open the CORE Mobile app and access the menu from the top-left corner (Company Name). Then go to Settings > Floating Timer and turn off the Floating Timer option. The Floating Timer uses your device’s overlay (display over other apps) permission. You might also need to review the app’s overlay permission settings.
