No, filtering vendor bills by memo is not currently supported in BQE CORE.
At this time, the Memo field is not available as a filter or search criterion when viewing or searching vendor bills. Filtering options are limited to supported fields such as due date, payment status, and other standard bill attributes. Check CORE Help Center for details.
