Can I apply payments to rejected invoices?

Yes. Payments can be applied to rejected invoices in BQE CORE. Rejected invoices are still considered finalized billing records and remain eligible for payment application. The only invoice status that restricts applying payments is Draft. Payments cannot be applied to draft invoices because they are not yet finalized and can still change.
