In BQE CORE, invoice messages set at the Settings level apply only to newly created projects. Existing projects retain the invoice message that was saved for them previously and do not automatically inherit changes made later in Settings.
To resolve this issue for existing projects, you must update the invoice message using Actions > Batch Update in the Projects screen. This applies the revised message to the selected existing projects so it appears correctly on the future invoices.
