Why is Work-in-Hand showing double the contract amount?

This can happen when a sub-phase is set to the Standard project type and has its own contract amount, while its child sub-phases also have contract amounts. In this case, BQE CORE counts both the sub-phase’s and its child sub-phases' contract amounts in Work-in-Hand, thus overstating the total.
